Since our first community market in summerland in 2019, adoptable dogs have been a cherished & driving force behind farmer & the flea.

we believe that dogs make everything better.

thereforE, we have not only partnered with our local county shelter & other rescues to provide a platform for derserving dogs, we also became our own 501c3 to do our part in rescue and contine to emphasize the importance of dog welfare, well-being & responsible dog ownership at every opportunity.

over the years, our market has proudly helped 60+ pups find their forever homes. whether you come to the market to shop local, enjoy the live music or soak in the vibes - there’s sure to be some cute, wagging tails ready to make your day & warm your heart!
